根据《中国政府奖学金工作管理办法》、《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》和《yL23411永利官网登录国际学生评审办法（试行）》要求，下一学年继续在校学习的中国政府奖学金生，必须参加奖学金年度评审。无故不参加奖学金年度评审者，将被取消奖学金资格。现将年度评审相关事项通知如下：

According to the provisions of CSC scholarship as well as Chengdu University of TCM international students scholarship management, CSC students who have been awarded for more than one academic year are required to participate in the annual scholarship review, so as to proof that the student is still qualified to receive the scholarship.

一、评审对象Participating student range

1.2023年9月之后拟继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生须参评；Validity of scholarships lasts after September 2023.

2.无法按原计划于2023年7月毕业，已申请延期的学生须参评;Students who cannot graduate in July 2023 as planned and have applied for extension must participate. 

3.2022年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格或减免部分奖学金的学生须参评。Students who fail to pass the annual review in 2022 and are suspended from scholarship qualification or have some scholarships reduced or exempted must participate.

二、评审办法Assessment Methods

1. 奖学金年度评审实行量化考核，总分  100分。道德品行占30%，学习成绩占30%，学习/科研参与度占20%，活动表现占20%。具体办法详见《学院2023年中国政府奖学金年度评审建议细则（试行）》（附件1）。The annual review of the scholarship is based on quantitative evaluation, with a total score of 100 points. Moral conduct accounts for 30%, academic performance accounts for 30%, study/scientific research participation accounts for 20%, and activity performance accounts for 20%. For specific methods, please refer to the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Annual Review Assessment Methods for CSC Students in 2023.　

2. 奖学金年度评审综合得分=道德品行分+学习成绩分+学习/科研参与度分+活动表现分。具体办法参见《yL23411永利官网登录国际学生评审办法》（附件2）。The comprehensive score of the annual review = academic performance score + learning attitude and attendance score + daily behavior performance score + reward or other outstanding performance score. For specific methods, please refer to the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Assessment Methods for International Students.

3. 奖学金年度评审结果分为合格、不合格。The annual evaluation results of the scholarship are divided into qualified and unqualified.

　　三、年度评审程序Procedure for Annual Review

年度评审包括学生自评、导师/辅导员打分、学校填写意见及公示等环节。Annual review includes students' self-assessment, tutor/counselor scoring, university filling in opinions and publicity.

1.学生自评：奖学金生进入中国政府奖学金系统，进行自评，后附成绩单、获奖证书等支撑材料。奖学金生需在5月4日前在系统中完成自评工作。Student self-assessment: Scholarship students log into CSC system and conduct self-assessment, with transcripts, award certificates and other supporting materials attached. Scholarship students should complete the self-assessment work in the system before May 4.

2.导师/辅导员打分：奖学金生所在专业学院的导师/辅导员登陆系统，对学生成绩及所获学分情况、学习态度、考勤情况、行为表现和奖惩情况进行打分。专业学院老师需在5月10日前完成打分工作。Tutor/counselor scoring: The tutor/counselor of the professional college where the scholarship students are located logs in to score the students' achievements, credits, learning attitude, attendance, behavior and rewards and punishments. Tutor/counselor should complete the scoring work before May 10th.

3.学校对奖学金生进行综合评价，提出“合格”或“不合格”的评审意见，将评审意见提交至我校中国政府奖学金评审领导小组OA流程进行审批，审批通过后将结果进行公示，并将评审情况报告等报送国家留学基金委审批。The university makes a comprehensive assessment for scholarship students, puts forward "qualified" or "unqualified" opinions, submit the evaluation opinions to the OA process of the Chinese government scholarship evaluation leading group for approval，and after 5 working days of publicity, submits the annual review report to the China Scholarship Council for approval.
